After-Sales Service

As part of our dedication to complete customer service we offer the follow information in order to get the most out of your purchase.

Watch bracelet adjustment (for metal types with links)

For metal bracelets with links these can be removed if you find that the sizing is not comfortable. In many cases you will find measuring instructions and a voucher with your watch offering this to you as a free service. You will however have to send the watch off to the address in the box. Alternatively you may prefer to take to the watch to your local watch repair shop or jewellers where they will be able to do this for a small fee.

Watch servicing and general care

Your new watch should last for many years under normal usage but as with all things mechanical they will last longer if regular maintenance is performed. Please read the manufacturers instruction booklets carefully for correct usage and care for your watch.

Quartz battery watches

We recommend that you change the battery and have a service done every 2 years to prevent battery leaks damaging the internals of your watch (even if your battery seems ok as they can still leak). You can do this at your local watch repair shop or jewellers.

Automatic (self-winding) watches

Your watch relies on the mechanical motion of metal parts so please keep your watch away from sources of electro-magnetic fields. Main sources of these are televisions, speakers and mobile phones. If the parts become magnetised the parts could stick together causing movement problems for your watch

We recommend a watch service done every 4 years. This can be done at your local watch repair shop or alternatively contact your watches official UK repair centre for more details (the information will be in your warranty booklet).
