Please can I say how absolutely thrilled I was with your service and the order of my first Skagen Watch for my husband's Christmas present.  More thrilled than you would expect you know, and this is the reason I am writing.

On your website you show a picture of the Skagen model 567L GLD and enclosed with the watch was a photocopy of the watch as it appears on the website, and John Lewis too show the same picture too.  When I opened the watch I noticed to my utter delight it differed slightly.  The Skagen logo on the watch is under the 12, and the calendar date is above the 6.  In the photocopy, and on the website the Skagen logo is inside the 3 and the date is under the 12.  Just thought I should tell you just in case somebody gets rather "difficult".  I have to say I much prefer the watch the way it actually is, and am thrilled with your very speedy service.  Maybe Skagen thought that looking at the Skagen logo inside the 3 was a little bit clumsy and didn't suit the beautiful lines of the watch. 

The watch arrived on Tuesday having been posted on Monday, so some postal services are alive!

My partener recently bought a fossil watch from you for me as a present. To his suprise (and mine) it arrived the very next morning! - First impressions count for a lot!
However upon opening the watch and putting it on, it broke and a pin fell out. My rather gutted partener was very disapointed and asked me to deal with the customer service department. All i can say is the lady i spoke to - Angela - is a credit to your company. I had to leave a message in the morning with a very nice lady Michelle and by the evening Angela had returned our call apologising for the delay. She dealt with the issue with understanding and patience and there were no issues about replacing the item. The next day i sent the broken watch back, recieved a voicemail from Angela confirming reciept of the broken watch and the next morning (today) my new replacement watch arrived.
Not only did your employee Angela deal with the situation faultlessly, but she also ensured she held the last in stock watch for me so i didn't have to wait for the item any longer than necessary.
My partner is a watch addict and i'm always on the look out for a nice watch for xmas or bday presents for him and i will make sure i remember your company. Also if you have a newsletter or something similar please would you be so kind as to add me to it.
